I will be introducing 3 new scents into my shop next week. The supplies should be here then and I am very much looking forward to it. I love making soaps, not just to add to my shop, but because it is just a lot of fun. I really want to get into the Cold Process soap as well, but until I can figure my out a designated work space and a locking cabinet to keep the dangerous things in, I will have to wait. I have 2 small children with ADHD and there is nowhere is my house they can't reach, so better safe than sorry.
Anyway, got a little off track there. Here are my 3 new soaps
1. Will be Lavendar Oatmeal and the idea of the soap is - tannish in color with specks of oatmeal throughout and perhaps a tad bit of oatmeal sprinkled on top...still thinking about that.
2. Will be Lavendar Aloe with Olive Oil - a pale green soap with lavendar buds sprinkled on top.
3. Blackberry Sage Tea - Not quite sure about this yet, I want to try swirling a pale green soap with a raspberry colored one. I haven't tried swirling yet, so I am still thinking real hard on this.
Sales have picked up a little, teensy, tiny bit in my other shop (www.arvi5214.etsy.com) So I will be add more and more, I hope.

Sparkling Snowflake - Fun in a bar!
I am pleasantly surprised at how well this bar turned out. It became an instant family favorite, the smell and the fun body glitter. The smell is just amazing. The children love to use it, I love to use it and I use it in place my baby wash or regular baby soaps. The little bit of glitter that stays in the baby's hair is just adorable, and he smells even better than using the regular stuff.
I will probably by making this scent into a bubble bath in the near future. This scent is for sure a keeper:)
Want to try it out? Just go to my Etsy or Artfire shops!

Bath soaps and candles
Been working extra hard on getting some new items into my almost barren shop. Takes time and money, neither which I have an abundance of. Time is much more easily to come by, by money on the other hand, I am sure everyone knows that story.
I was able to get some candles supplies and get them made up and into my shop. I did the coloring wrong so they went right in to my Oopsies section for a clearance price.
I spent the last few days working on my Bath Salts, which turned out really nice and are now available in my shop as well. You can purchase them in 8 oz bags, but can do them in what ever size is needed.
Right now I am looking for cute little bags so I can do party favors and such.
The next batch of soap is done and ready to be cut into bars, so those will be in there today. Sparkling Snowflake is the scent and is perfect for this time of year. Actually they smell so good, I think I could use them year round. Candle of the same scent are coming too.
That's all I have for now, I will be posting the soap pictures later so check back.
